- Dice the chicken.
- Marinate the chicken and vegetables in pickle for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken pieces and vegetables on separate skewers.
- Cook on the grill for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with greens.

Caucasian-style shashlik

Beef fillet

Canned corn

Sweet pepper

Fresh tomatoes

- Cut the fillet into 1-1.5 cm pieces against the grain.
- Add pickle for shashlik.
- Let it marinate for 30-45 minutes.
- Broil till done.
- Serve with greens, canned corn, sweet pepper, fresh tomatoes.

Baked spicy salmon in foil

Salmon fillet
250 g
Red bell pepper
100 g
Green onion
50 g
- Marinate the salmon fillet in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Dice the onions and red pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet on a sheet of foil.
- Spread the bell peppers and green onion evenly over salmon.
- Fold the foil over the salmon, cover completely and seal closed.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
