Lamb shashlik

VICENTA pickle for shashlik 150 g
Lamb fillet 500 g
Onion 1
Greens to taste
Cut the lamb into small pieces.
Make cuts on lamb surface to avoid shrinkage while roasting.
Put the lamb on the bowl, pour the pickle and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cook on the grill without fire.
Take the cooked chicken from the skewers and serve with onion and greens seasoning.
